Comprehensive Side Skirt and Lower Door Protection
The lower contours of an electric vehicle are constantly exposed to the elements, road grit, and loose gravel propelled by the tyres. Over time, this natural exposure leads to unsightly stone chips, paint erosion, and micro-scratches along the rocker panels and lower door surfaces. Our bespoke paint protection film is crafted specifically to counteract these daily hazards, creating a durable physical barrier that absorbs road impacts before they can reach your factory paintwork.
By applying this focused barrier to the vulnerable bottom section of your vehicle, you actively safeguard the finish from long-term wear and tear. Explore our dedicated Tesla Model Y accessories and pair this kit with complementary protective solutions to preserve the pristine appearance and trade-in value of your vehicle throughout your ownership.
Precision Engineering for Model Y (2021 – February 2025)
Generic, roll-your-own protective films rarely achieve the crisp, uncompromised finish that a vehicle of this calibre demands. That is why this protective set is computer-cut to match the precise curves, body creases, and exact side skirt dimensions of the Tesla Model Y manufactured between 2021 and February 2025. Each edge aligns meticulously with the factory panel lines, ensuring that coverage is placed exactly where the paint is most susceptible to direct debris strikes.
The set consists of six individual film segments that fully cover both the left and right lower door and side skirt areas. Because it has been tailored specifically to the Model Y architecture, you avoid the risks of trimming or cutting film near your car's painted surfaces. The result is an integrated, seamless addition to your car's exterior profile that looks purposeful and refined.
Optically Clear Finish with Self-Cleaning Properties
Preserving your vehicle's clean lines does not mean you have to compromise on visual purity. The high-grade paint protection film used in this kit is entirely transparent, allowing the original depth, metallic flake, and colour of your Tesla to shine through without haze, yellowing, or distortion. Once applied, the film blends into the body panels so smoothly that it remains practically imperceptible to casual onlookers.
In addition to exceptional clarity and high durability, this advanced film incorporates self-cleaning characteristics. Its smooth top surface repels everyday dirt, dust, and road grime, allowing accumulated debris to wash away effortlessly during regular vehicle maintenance. Keeping the lower flanks of your vehicle immaculately clean becomes faster and less labour-intensive, ensuring your car retains its freshly detailed look with minimal effort.
Complete DIY Fitting Kit for a 30-Minute Application
Achieving a professional-level film application does not require workshop training or specialised tools. With everything provided in the package, you have all the equipment necessary to complete the job cleanly from your home driveway or garage.
The entire installation process takes approximately 30 minutes from start to finish. By using the included spray bottle and squeegee to position and seat each piece, you can effortlessly adjust the alignment before pressing out moisture for a secure, bubble-free bond. Even if you have never handled paint protection film before, the guided instructions walk you through every stage to ensure a trouble-free, rewarding DIY experience.
