Shipping costs
Orders of €50 or more ship free. Below that we charge a flat €8.95. The exact cost is always shown in your cart before you pay.
Dispatch and delivery time
Orders placed on working days before 15:00 usually leave our warehouse the same day. Delivery typically takes 1 to 2 working days.
Track and trace
As soon as your order ships you receive an email with a tracking link.
Customs and duties
For deliveries outside the EU, local import duties or taxes may apply and are collected by the carrier. We will tell you before you pay where this applies.
Damaged parcel
Is your parcel damaged on arrival? Take a photo and email support@teslasupreme.com. We will send a replacement at no cost.
