1. Who we are

Tesla Supreme is a trading name of E-Traders, Waltersingel 73, 7314 NM Apeldoorn, Netherlands, Chamber of Commerce 75465647, VAT NL860292897B01. Questions? Email support@teslasupreme.com or use the live chat on any page — we reply within one working day.

Tesla Supreme is not affiliated with Tesla, Inc. 'Tesla' and model names are used only to describe compatibility.

2. Offer and prices

All prices are in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are shown separately before payment. Obvious mistakes in prices or descriptions do not bind us.

3. The agreement

The agreement is formed once you complete payment and receive our order confirmation by email.

4. Payment

You pay securely through Stripe with card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or a local payment method shown at checkout. We never see or store your card details.

5. Delivery

We deliver to the address you provide. Delivery times are indicative. If an order is delayed by more than 30 days you may cancel it free of charge.

6. Right of withdrawal

You have 30 days to return products without giving a reason. Returning is free for you: we provide a prepaid return label. See our Returns & Refunds page for details.

7. Warranty

Products meet the agreement and the statutory warranty of at least two years. This does not cover damage from incorrect installation, misuse or normal wear.

8. Liability

Our liability is limited to the order value, except in case of intent or gross negligence, or where the law does not allow a limitation.

9. Complaints and disputes

Contact us first; we reply within one working day and aim to solve every complaint within 14 days. EU consumers may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Dutch law applies, without taking away the protection given to you by the mandatory law of your country of residence.
