30-day right of withdrawal

You may withdraw from your purchase within 30 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. This is longer than the 14 days required by EU law.

How to return

Email support@teslasupreme.com with your order number and the products you want to return. We reply within one working day with a prepaid return label and instructions.

Send the product back within 14 days of notifying us, unused and where possible in its original packaging.

Condition of returned items

You may handle the product as you would in a shop to check it. If a product shows wear or damage beyond that, we may deduct the loss in value from your refund.

Refunds

We refund the full amount paid, including the original standard shipping cost, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We may wait until we have received the product back. The refund uses the same payment method you used.

Return shipping costs

Returning is free for you. We send a prepaid return label, so you never pay to send a product back — whatever the reason.

Defective or damaged products

Every product carries the statutory warranty of at least two years. If something arrives damaged or stops working, contact us with a photo and we will repair, replace or refund it.
