We only collect what we need to deliver your order and help you. We never sell your data.
What we collect
Name, email address, delivery and billing address, phone number (if given), order details and payment status. If you use our live chat: the name and email address you type and the question you send. We do not receive your full card details; Stripe handles those.
Why we use it
To process and deliver your order (performance of contract), to answer your questions, and to meet legal duties such as tax records (legal obligation).
Who we share it with
Only with parties needed to fulfil your order: Stripe (payments), our fulfilment and warehouse partner and carriers (shipping), and our hosting providers. All are bound by data processing agreements.
How long we keep it
Order data is kept for 7 years because tax law requires it. Support emails are deleted after 2 years.
Your rights
You may ask to see, correct, delete or receive a copy of your data, or object to its use. Email support@teslasupreme.com. You can also file a complaint with your national data protection authority.
Cookies
We only use cookies and local storage that are needed for the shop to work, such as your cart. See our Cookie Policy.
Security
All connections are encrypted (HTTPS) and access to personal data is limited to people who need it.
